With over 25 years cooking on the Carolina coast, Chef Wes has built a name for himself as a fearless flavor chaser, blending fresh, local ingredients with global flair and Southern soul. He’s just as likely to be behind the line crafting a new dish as he is out in the dining room, chatting with guests, sharing stories, and making you feel like part of the NC Coast family.
